For those of you who have just found me, hello! As my website already explains, I am a chartered librarian who has worked with and around school libraries for the last 15 years. My posts are all about school libraries and how they can make a difference to students and teachers. I talk about research skills, innovative lessons and international collaborations to name but a few. Here is a link to my Google Blog, so you can catch up on what I've written so far. My most read post achieved 31000 views, here is the link, so you don't have to search for it.
Why have I moved? I wanted to create a website and it made sense to keep my blog and website together. Please note, I am available to talk to school teachers and/or librarians as well as at conferences about what school libraries can and should be offering. I am not sure if this will work, but it feels right and this platform seems easier to use than Blogger, so here I am.
Over the next few months, I will be writing about what I have seen work and what has been achieved within a school library setting.
I thought you might like to see the way I work. Using all available resources :)
