March 2023 - The School Librarian Equity Gap: Inequities Associated with Race and Ethnicity Compounded by Poverty, Locale, and Enrollment

This is a study carried out in the US by Keith Curry Lance, Debra E Kachel and Caitline Gerrity but is certainly worth our time to look more deeply at the issues raised. Whatever is happening in the US is certainly happening in the UK. It is a long piece so will not be posting questions up until mid-March. I need time to read it myself.
